- 中文學習輔導平台由大學教育資助委員會資助，因此該平台只提供給香港大學的大學教育資助委員會資助課程的學生（包括本科生、全日制哲學碩士/哲學博士和政府資助的碩士生）
- 如果您是自資授課式研究生課程（授課式碩士學位課程）的學生，中文學習輔導平台無法為您提供服務，您的預約將被取消
